Managing Your Job Postings

 

When you complete your job posting you will see a variety of options available to you such as Manage Job Postings, Search CVs, Send Auto-Reply, Add a pre-Screening Questionnaire or Post another job.

To manage your jobs, click on Manage Job Postings. This is also accessible via the Post & Manage Jobs tab.

Managing Your Job Postings

This page defaults to your Active Jobs. Access Expired, Archived, Incomplete or Pending postings using the left hand folder options.

If you have any incomplete jobs, this folder will be highlighted to draw your attention.

Searching for a job posting

It is possible to search for a job posting using the search filters provided below the folder list. You can search for postings using the date modified, Owner and Reference Code. Click on the filter name you wish to use to see the options.

Managing Your Job Postings

Active, Pending, Expired and Archived Jobs

  • To view the job record of an Active, Pending, Expired or Archived job, click on the job title.
  • To view the posting information e.g. Location(s) and inventory used, click on the Postings hyperlink.
  • To view applicants, click on the applicant hyperlink
  • To Manage Jobs, e.g. Refresh, Edit, Renew, Copy, Expire, Archive, Preview, click on the Actions menu
