Your job posting is split out into separate tabs:
- Job Description and Contact Information
- Job Details
- Postings
- Screening
- Auto-Reply
Navigate to the Screening and Auto-Reply tabs to manage and
add pre-Selection Screening Questionnaires and add Auto-Response
letters to your posting.
From the Job Record you can also view your job posting, see how
many views and clicks your posting has received, along with
information on number of applications online or by email. You can
also navigate to candidates who have applied online.

Managing Candidates
Access this page by clicking on the hyperlink under the Applies
column from your most recent jobs on the homepage, or by
navigating to the Find and Manage Candidates tab.

Manage Candidates defaults to a list of All Candidates. You can
navigate to specific job folders by accessing the folder which
contains that information.
My Saved Candidates contains folders you have created. E.g.
during a CV Search you can create a new folder to save candidates
to. That folder would be located within My Saved Candidates.
By default, a folder named My Favourites will be available to you
in this folder.
Create a new folder by clicking on the Actions button:

To see a list of actions available from within a folder, access that
folder and then click on the Actions button.
Note; Actions are dynamic e.g. show hidden folders will only
show if you have previously hidden a folder by using the hide
folder action.

Candidate Actions
From within folders it is possible to complete bulk or single actions
on candidates:
Single Action –select the hyperlink option you wish to use from
beside the desired candidate.

Bulk Action – select the desired Candidates using the checkbox,
this will activate the Actions menu. Click on the Actions button to
view the options available and then hover over the action you wish
to use to see the pop up and fill in the required details.
Actions available on multiple candidates:

Any Activity you perform on a candidate who is saved to a folder
will be noted in the Activity tab of their candidate record.
Activity recorded includes, Forward CV which retains details of
when and to whom the CV was forwarded, Note, which also gives
you the option to edit the note, or add new, Rate candidate, which
can also be modified and details of Letters you have sent to the
candidate.
