Adding an Auto-response Letter to a Job Posting

When you complete your job posting you will see that there are a variety of options available to you to manage your job postings. Send an Auto-Reply Letter is one of these. You can also access Auto Reply Letters by navigating to the job from your homepage, or from Manage Jobs. Auto-Reply letters are accessed via a separate tab within the Job Record of Active, Pending, Archived and Expired jobs.

It is also possible to add an auto reply letter whilst you are editing a job:

From within the job you will see an option for Auto Reply : Letter Assigned. Clicking on the No hyperlink will show you a form to create and add a letter to this job posting.

To save time you can also create a bank of letters which you can draw on for future postings. Create and manage these letters via your Hiring Library which is accessed via the Account menu.

Monster provides five sample letters for you to use. These are available to all users.

Alternatively, create your own Letters and make them available to all users or for private use only.
